  1. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase our products. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there is a pricing or product description error on our website.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We accept payment by card, BACS, or PayPal. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although this will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation.

  1. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. Products are intended for bird proofing and pest control purposes and should be installed in accordance with any instructions provided.

  1. Bespoke and Custom Orders

We manufacture bespoke and custom metalwork to order. Please note that bespoke or custom-made products are non-refundable and are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as they are made to your specification. Please ensure all measurements and requirements are correct before placing a bespoke order.

  1. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full details, including charges and timeframes. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

  1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Customers)

If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business or trade purposes), you have a statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods to notify us of your wish to cancel. This right does not apply to bespoke or custom-made products.   1. Trade Customers

If you are purchasing as a business or trade customer, the statutory consumer cancellation rights described above do not apply. Returns for trade customers are accepted at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss any issues with your order.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

  1. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges, at no cost to you.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that order.
