Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If there are any delays to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery Options and Charges
We offer standard delivery across the United Kingdom.
- Standard Delivery: Estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch — £4.99
- Free Standard Delivery: On all orders over £100
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, or public holidays.
Collection
Collection from our premises is available by prior arrangement only. If you would like to collect your order, please contact us before placing it so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that standard delivery orders may not include tracking information.
Missed or Lost Deliveries
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or local delivery office first. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the matter.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
